Our main objective is that your property is in perfect condition and well looked after.

Our professional team will check your property at the end of each rental to make sure everything is in good condition.

If you decide that you want your property for personal use, by letting us know with a few days notice, before your arrival we also offer an arrival cleaning service. On departure the property will be thoroughly cleaned, including taking all the linen to the launderette which will be returned to your property once cleaned (this service is extra and the charged will be deducted from your account).

You will find all the information regarding the packages we offer in our maintenance department.

For a better management of your property, we will also deal with all your bills regarding your property once it is rented, for example water, electricity, community, local rates and any other bills to do with the property.

We also offer a large variety of other services that include:

• 1- Online property service, in this case all proprietors can check the availability of their properties, and this will assure you no scams on your account.
• 2- Assessment of equipment necessary for the rental of your property.
• 3– We create an inventory list of all the furniture and household equipment which is checked out at the end of each rental period.
• 4- Legal assistance and preparing all the rental contracts.
• 5- Maintenance of the property
• 6- Property Management: Cleaning, Control Checking and Laundry Service.
• 7- Repairs if needed, Refurbishing, painting, plumbing, electrics, Decoration.
• 8- Other services: Translation service (Spanish, English and French), flight bookings, restaurant booking, tour operating, taxi Service, Rent a car and all type of Insurances (house, life, vehicle, medical, etc…).
